It is important to know
In the HELP section, we have added video tutorials on how to register and work with Meest Shopping, as well as how to register in foreign online stores. This section will be continuously updated.
Meest Shopping warehouses do not accept deferred payment parcels. Some online stores in Europe and the USA offer the option to pay upon receipt. Meest Shopping does not work with such parcels. All parcels that the Customer sends to Meest Shopping's warehouse must already be paid for.
The delivery cost, international postage, includes courier delivery of the parcel personally in your hands to the address specified by you.
Make a nice gift to your friends or relatives - choose in the Meest Shopping cabinet to have your parcel delivered by courier to different addresses and for different recipients.
Remember that duty-free shipments are accepted for transportation, the total invoice value of which does not exceed the equivalent of 75 USD for one recipient - an individual in one dispatch from one sender. If the total invoice value exceeds the equivalent of 75 USD, the Consignment will be transferred for additional customs inspection and customs clearance in the customs control zone.
Send in one click is an order registration format that allows you to send your purchase as soon as it arrives at the warehouse. No consolidation or other additional services.
Important!
When registering with online stores, include your ID next to your first or last name. Upon receipt at our international postal warehouses, this will speed up the processing of your parcels.
In case of parcel delivery to the warehouse in Poland by a DHL carrier with a parcel number that starts with the letters JJD, we recommend you to track it on the website and register it in the cabinet with exactly short tracking number, as it is under it that parcels are accepted in the cabinet.
If you have registered parcels for different Recipients (but the name of the Recipients is the same, but the delivery addresses are different), such parcels are sent in one car, so they can be detained at customs in Israel for customs tax.
If your parcels are registered to the same Recipient - full name and delivery address are the same, the Recipient ID is unique, and their total value exceeds the customs limit of 75 USD. Our system sends such parcels individually, so there will be no duty charge.
If you do not want to wait for the next shipment, you can create different Recipients (with different full names) in your cabinet and register the goods in their names.
Parcels are returned to the store only after identification of the order in the personal cabinet and informing the warehouse staff about receiving a return tracking number from the store.

If the online store you wish to purchase from does not accept your payment card, you can use our Buyout Service.
The service fee is only 10% of the item’s value or a minimum of €2 per transaction.
After registering in your personal account, go to the "Buyout Service" section, select the country of purchase, and click "+Create Request." A window will open where you can enter details about the product you wish to purchase, including the product name, direct link, quantity, size, and color. To submit your buyout request, click the "Save" button.
Our team will promptly process your request and issue an invoice for payment. Once the invoice is paid, we will purchase the item and register it in your account.
During the buyout process, you will be assisted by our manager, who can answer all your questions.
Can I Use a Promo Code?
Yes. The promo code must be entered in the order comments. The promo code must be publicly available and not linked to your account or email address. Promo codes received for subscriptions, first purchases, or bonuses tied to a specific account cannot be used.
What Product Value Should I Declare If Using a Promo Code?
You must declare the final value after deducting the discount provided by the promo code.
How to Pay for the Order?
Our buyout service managers will quickly process your request and issue an invoice for payment. Prepayment is made via Visa, MasterCard, and other payment methods in your personal account. Once the invoice is paid, your request is processed. We will purchase the item and, upon its arrival at the warehouse, register it in your account. After that, the item will be available for shipping from Spain.
If the item cannot be purchased, the funds will be fully refunded to your account within 3 to 7 business days.
In What Currency Will the Invoice Be Issued?
The invoice will be issued in euros.
Can I Pay the Invoice Without a Foreign Currency Card?
Yes. Currency conversion will occur according to your bank’s exchange rates. The invoice can be paid with any Visa, MasterCard, or other accepted payment methods.
How to Check the Order Status?
All stages of processing and fulfilling a buyout request are accompanied by confirmation emails sent to your contact email. In your personal account, under the "Buyout Service" menu, the order status will also be updated.
Once a tracking number is received, our service managers will register it in your account. When the ordered item arrives at the warehouse and is scanned into the system, it will be available for shipping from Spain.
In the "Buyout Service" section, you can view information about all your orders placed through the Buyout Service.
How Are Goods Delivered from Portugal?
Initially, your order is sent to the warehouse in Portugal. Please note that all items from Portugal are shipped to Spain at the end of each week for identification.
Your order will be available for shipping as soon as it is transferred to the warehouse in Spain.
What Should I Do If I Receive the Wrong Item?
First, take a photo of the received item. Then, in your personal account, go to the "Contact Manager" section and create a request regarding the item discrepancy, directing it to the "Buyout Service" department. Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] or [email protected].
What Responsibility Does Meest Take for the Buyout Service?
To avoid misunderstandings, customers can request a photo of the item upon its arrival at our warehouse. If a customer has arranged the item for shipment, it means they agree to all buyout service conditions.
