Restrictions

  • Only up to 5 orders with a total weight of 30 kg can be consolidated.

It is prohibited to send in international mail:

  • firearms and ammunition, edged weapons and other items specifically designed for attack and defense (brass knuckles, knives, stilettos, cans with paralytic liquid, etc.), explosive, flammable or other dangerous substances, military equipment, unless otherwise provided for by law;
  • goods that are used to incite violence, terrorism, or racism; goods containing indications of recognition of terrorist groups;
  • narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs, and precursors included in the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors subject to special control by the legislation, and radioactive substances;
  • items of obscene and immoral content;
  • permits to carry weapons, labor books, military tickets, passports, and other identity documents unless otherwise provided for by law;
  • goods exported in violation of intellectual property rights;
  • items that constitute national, historical, or cultural patrimony, as defined by the laws;
  • seeds and planting material;
  • food products of animal origin without heat treatment;
  • foodstuffs or other goods whose transportation requires compliance with a certain temperature regime;
  • live animals other than bees, leeches, mulberry silkworm caterpillars, parasites, and pest exterminators intended for the study of these insects exchanged by officially designated institutions;
  • foodstuffs weighing more than 5 kg in one parcel.

Prohibited from being shipped by air:

  • bengal lights and fireworks;
  • gases in any packaging, including pepper and tear gases;
  • flammable liquids, alcohol;
  • perfumes, colognes, nail and hair sprays, etc.
  • paint products, any paints, and solvents to that;
  • any fuel and empty fuel containers;
  • radioactive materials;
  • anti-corrosives;
  • pipe cleaners;
  • oxygen-rich substances;
  • aerosol containers;
  • diving cylinders;
  • propane tanks;
  • CO2 tanks;
  • weapons and ammunition;
  • gunpowder;
  • dry ice;
  • fuel-powered tools;
  • lighters and their refills;
  • matches;
  • batteries, power packs, batteries;
  • alcoholic beverages;
  • auto shock absorbers, other used parts or parts with the presence of lubricating fluids and materials;
  • knives.

It is important to know

In the HELP section, we have added video tutorials on how to register and work with Meest Shopping, as well as how to register in foreign online stores. This section will be continuously updated.

Meest Shopping warehouses do not accept deferred payment parcels. Some online stores in Europe and the USA offer the option to pay upon receipt. Meest Shopping does not work with such parcels. All parcels that the Customer sends to Meest Shopping's warehouse must already be paid for.

The delivery cost, international postage, includes courier delivery of the parcel personally in your hands to the address specified by you.

Make a nice gift to your friends or relatives - choose in the Meest Shopping cabinet to have your parcel delivered by courier to different addresses and for different recipients.

Remember that duty-free shipments are accepted for transportation, the total invoice value of which does not exceed the equivalent of 75 USD for one recipient - an individual in one dispatch from one sender. If the total invoice value exceeds the equivalent of 75 USD, the Consignment will be transferred for additional customs inspection and customs clearance in the customs control zone.

Send in one click is an order registration format that allows you to send your purchase as soon as it arrives at the warehouse. No consolidation or other additional services.

Important!

  • If the Recipient you select to create a Send in one click already has a generated but not yet shipped shipment within the same warehouse, the Send in one click shipment will be delayed until the next dispatch (container)
  • If multiple shipments totaling more than $75 are received in the warehouse simultaneously, non-send in one click requests will be processed, and all others will be delayed until the next dispatch.

When registering with online stores, include your ID next to your first or last name. Upon receipt at our international postal warehouses, this will speed up the processing of your parcels.

In case of parcel delivery to the warehouse in Poland by a DHL carrier with a parcel number that starts with the letters JJD, we recommend you to track it on the website and register it in the cabinet with exactly short tracking number, as it is under it that parcels are accepted in the cabinet.

If you have registered parcels for different Recipients (but the name of the Recipients is the same, but the delivery addresses are different), such parcels are sent in one car, so they can be detained at customs in Israel for customs tax.

If your parcels are registered to the same Recipient - full name and delivery address are the same, the Recipient ID is unique, and their total value exceeds the customs limit of 75 USD. Our system sends such parcels individually, so there will be no duty charge.

If you do not want to wait for the next shipment, you can create different Recipients (with different full names) in your cabinet and register the goods in their names.

Parcels are returned to the store only after identification of the order in the personal cabinet and informing the warehouse staff about receiving a return tracking number from the store.

Buyout service from Poland

How to order the "Buyout service"?

You can use our redemption service if your desired online store does not accept your payment card.

The service cost is only 10% of the value of the goods or at least €2 of the transaction.

After registration in your personal cabinet, you must go to the "Buyout service" section, select the country of redemption, and click "+Create request". A window will open where you can specify information about the product to be purchased, namely the product's name, direct link to the product, quantity, size, and color. To send a request for redemption, you need to click on the "Save" button.

Our staff will promptly process your request and issue an invoice for payment. After paying the invoice, we will redeem and register the item in your account.

During the redemption, our manager will work with you and will be able to answer all your questions.

Can a promo code be used?

Yes. The promo code must be specified in the comments to the order. The promo code must be publicly available and not linked to your account or email. Promo codes received for subscriptions, first purchases, or bonus promo codes tied to a specific account cannot be used.

What is the value of the goods to declare if there is a promo code?

You need to declare the final cost, deducting the amount of discount that the promo code provides.

How do I pay for my order?

Managers of the Buyout service will quickly process your request and issue an invoice for payment. Prepayment is made by Visa, MasterCard, etc., in your personal cabinet. After the invoice is paid, your request is processed. We buy out the goods, and at the moment of their arrival at the warehouse, we register them in your cabinet. After that, the goods will be available for shipment from Poland.

In case of failure to redeem the goods, the deposited funds in full will be returned to your account within 3 to 7 working days.

In what currency will the invoice be issued?

The invoice for payment will be issued in euros.

Can I pay a bill without having a currency card?

Yes. Conversion will take place by your bank's tariffs. Any VISA, MasterCard, or other card can pay the invoice.

How can I check the status of order fulfillment?

A confirmation to your contact e-mail accompanies all stages of the redemption request and its fulfillment. In your personal cabinet, the order statuses are also changed in the menu of the "Buyout service" section. After receiving the tracking number, our service managers will register it in your cabinet. When the ordered goods arrive at the warehouse, and the warehouse employee scans them into the system, they will be available for shipment from Poland.

In the "Buyout service" section, you can view information about all your orders registered through the Buyout service.

What do you do if you receive something other than what you ordered?

First, you must take a photo of the received goods. Then, in your personal cabinet in the "Contact a manager" section, you need to create an appeal about the discrepancy of goods and send it to the "Buyout service" department or send a letter to [email protected] or [email protected].

What redemption responsibility does Meest assume?

To avoid misunderstandings, the customer can order the service photo of the goods at the moment of receipt at our warehouse. If the customer has ordered the goods for shipment, he has agreed with all the Buyout service terms, and claims on this matter will not be accepted.

Be careful when choosing stores and familiarize yourself with their return and refund policies; no claims will be accepted.
